Body Centric Performance & Leadership Coaching
with Alexander Jones
For growth-oriented, high-peforming individuals, to unlock executive presence, personal impact and physical-emotional alignment. Grounded in 20 years of elite performance alongside somatic psychology. While psychiatry is starting to realise it has forgotten the body, my work begins there. Let’s explore how your body is showing up in your behaviour, your relationships, and your decisions.
This is coaching that doesn't just change how you think.
It changes how you move, lead, and live.
From leadership and key decision-making to posture and presence. Together, we’ll unlock your fullest potential. My approach integrates movement intelligence, emotional awareness, and the unconscious patterns held in the body to unlock clarity, confidence, and sustainable performance. Whether you simply want to improve your overall self-awareness and presence through working on posture and mobility or you want to go deeper and decipher your internal code, my coaching is for everyone.

Body Centric Performance Coaching helps high-performing professionals align their identity, actions, and work environment by cultivating deeper awareness through the body. This approach integrates somatic intelligence, leadership development, and organisational insight to foster more grounded, authentic performance.
Through practical tools like movement-based “role sculpting,” clients explore how they embody their professional roles - and uncover gaps between their authentic self and how they show up in the workplace.
Ideal for leaders and professionals seeking greater authenticity, embodied presence and a more integrated connection between body, mind and leadership - in both personal and professional life.
-
The PRO model - Person in Role in Organisation - is a foundational framework from INSEAD Executive and Leadership Coaching Programme. It provides a systemic approach to understanding individuals in the context of their role, responsibilities, and organisational dynamics.
By using emotions as data, we can reveal unconscious patterns, enhance decision-making, and cultivate more grounded, authentic leadership.
Many leaders and professionals experience a quiet pressure: the constant expectation to deliver, the weight of leadership, and the isolation that can come with it.
This coaching creates space to address those dynamics - with clarity, depth and purpose.
-
Coaching through movement. Reconnect with your body. Reclaim your posture. Realign with your purpose.
In high pressure environments, it’s easy to disconnect from the body - until tension, fatigue, or imbalance begins to impact performance.
This in-person, movement-based coaching focuses on reconnecting you with your body through guided movement, posture work, and mindful awareness. Together, we release physical tension, improve mobility, and build sustainable alignment - helping you carry yourself with greater presence, clarity, and confidence.
It’s a return to how you carry yourself in the world - externally, and from within.
As your body realigns, so does your presence.
As your presence deepens, so does your sense of purpose.Whether you’re preparing for a high stakes presentation, navigating a leadership transition, or seeking clarity in how you show up, these sessions support you in aligning body and intention - so you can lead with impact, composure, and authenticity.
I’m Alexander Jones. Trained at the Royal Ballet School in London, my body became my instrument, shaped by discipline, expression, and performance under pressure.
After 20 years leading on stages around the world, I came to understand something few talk about: it’s lonely at the top. High performers often carry a silent burden, the pressure to deliver, the responsibility to lead, and the isolation that comes with success.
As a former principal ballet dancer, I’ve lived that paradox - performing at the highest level while managing the physical, emotional, and relational demand it carries. Today, I bring that lived experience into my coaching, creating space for leaders to reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and their impact.
I don’t just work with the body
- I work through the body as a portal to performance, emotional intelligence, and self-leadership.
Because how you stand in the world, literally and figuratively, shapes how you lead, connect, and live. Whether you’re leading a team, stepping into unfamiliar territory, or breaking free from old patterns, I offer a grounded, contained space for deep and lasting transformation.
Keynotes & Speaking
From the spotlight of the world's most iconic stages to a childhood marked by instability and silence, I share powerful stories of resilience, sacrifice and transformation, where my body became my messenger and my voice.
If you’re looking for an authentic speaker, guest, or collaborator to speak on transformation, resilience, trust, presence, routines, human connection, emotional depth, and navigating pressure or personal struggle, I’d love to hear from you.
Let’s choreograph your own path.

Alexander's attentive listening and kind advice helped me develop my charisma when speaking in public and to rediscover the pleasure of this exercise. Our meetings were punctuated by a variety of role-playing exercises that allowed me to push back my limits in a safe and playful environment.

One aspect of Alexander's coaching I have particularly appreciated is his ability to offer new perspectives on the challenges I face. He consistently encouraged me to look at my problems and feelings from different angles, which has opened up new ways of thinking and approaching them. This shift in perspective has been incredibly valuable, allowing me to see opportunities where I previously saw obstacles, and helping me to approach challenges with a more open and constructive mindset.

For me the coaching sessions immediately offered a very open atmosphere where I quickly felt comfortable to share my thoughts and ideas. Literally I felt a space in which I could move around and explore, thinking aloud. At the same time Alexander did dig deeper into emotions and feelings which I mentioned sometimes on the side and he encouraged to reflect further on statements and remarks. I felt appreciated, understood and emboldened.
